Michael Chaisson is the most talented Realtors I have ever worked with. 4 days before the scheduled closing on my house, we learned that the buyer's loan was not approved by the lender, even though we had been extremely diligent about checking in with the lender and had received multiple verification's the loan was on schedule and on time. I had already made arrangements with a moving company for a cross country move. I nearly canceled everything, but Michael resurrected the deal. He took charge of the buyer's loan issue and actually arranged a new loan and lender when the buyers own agent could not. Michael pulled in all favors from his team and the loan was approved in record time and we closed in only 2 weeks, incredible after all had seemed lost. Michael saved the day. Without his hard work, experience and tenacity, I would have had to put my house back on the market. He was a real hero!
