When presentation isn’t excellent you can expect a longer than expected time frame to sell your home along with a lower selling price. It’s that simple. It’s a well know fact first impressions are most important, I am truly amazed at how many agents show fine luxury homes, where there is often lawn debris, leaves and the dead plants or branches on the walk way up to the home. When potential buyers view my listings, I arrive early and make sure the home is ‘show ready’ , lights on, curtains open, front & back patio/walkway is clean and home looks inviting for a TOP dollar sale.
