"We met Michael at open house and found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable, we had bought a home a few years ago at the bottom of the market , although it had come up in price My husband and I still were trying to get, as Michael said “a very strong number” although the number was above all the neighborhood comps Michael said, “he would do his best”.
